Tips from Secure Wrap
Upon arrival at your destination, you must file a lost baggage claim directly with your airline.
Inspect your baggage for damage before leaving the airport baggage claim area. If your baggage is damaged, you must file a damage claim with your airline.
A Property Irregularity Report (PIR) or similar baggage report is required to process any compensation request with Secure Wrap.
Please contact the Secure Wrap Assistance Center within 72 hours of filing your claim with the airline for loss or damage.
The Secure Wrap Assistance Center may assist in locating your luggage through our tracing service if your order was registered by scanning the QR code.
